• All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• During high-demand seasons or for handcrafted items, processing may take slightly longer.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from Kenya.
If your country has restrictions or cannot receive parcels from Kenya, we will contact you immediately.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• destination country
• weight and size of the package
• chosen shipping method
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Times
International delivery typically takes:
• Africa: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 5–9 business days
• Middle East: 3–5 business days
• Asia: 5–10 business days
• North America: 5–8 business days
• Australia & Oceania: 5–15 business days
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, or carrier disruptions. These are outside our control.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to:
• customs duties
• import taxes
• country-specific regulations
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
We are not responsible for parcels held or delayed at customs.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive:
• a tracking number
• a link to follow your parcel’s journey
Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for:
• lost parcels due to incorrect addresses
• delivery failures caused by the carrier
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for:
• stolen packages after delivery
• delays caused by customs or carriers
• packages marked as “delivered” by the courier
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you with the carrier’s investigation.
9. Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:
• the item
• the packaging
• the shipping label
We will review your case and, if approved, issue a credit note or replacement according to our Refund & Return Policy.
